The Westin provided an excellent stay in a well-designed downtown LA location. My upgraded room was spacious, featuring a large working area and comfortable bedding. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a variety of fresh options. The staff was attentive and ensured my work needs were met efficiently.

Only valet parking was available, which felt inconvenient at times.

I enjoyed my stay with a stunning skyline view from my room. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive. They promptly addressed my request for extra pillows. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax. I appreciated the Starbucks in the hotel for my morning coffee cravings too. However, the hotel needs some updates. the furnishings felt dated and the bathroom showed some signs of wear. Wifi could have been better too—slow at times and difficult to connect. Overall, a solid experience but some areas definitely require attention.

I loved the clean gorgeous hotel and rooms. The staff was very nice, especially at the breakfast area where Mr Brown was always ready with coffee and juice, even made my kids smile.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

The room had a Heavenly® Bed, large windows for city views, and a private bathroom stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Facilities included a fitness center and spa services like manicures and haircuts. Service was prompt with friendly staff. The location was spot on for downtown exploring, but the parking fees were kinda high. This place has that LA vibe going on!

The city view from my guest room offered a spectacular panorama of the skyline, transforming every glance out the window into a bit of eye candy. The pool area serves as a lovely retreat, and the health club features solid workout equipment, making it easy to squeeze in a sweat session while away from home.

However, the carpet showed signs of age and had an unclean feel to it. I noticed some dust and debris that made me question the thoroughness of housekeeping. The lack of a microwave was a bit annoying, especially when dealing with leftovers. Plus, the high parking fees of $50 can feel steep, especially for families looking to save a buck or two.

The location was very convenient for exploring downtown attractions like the Grammy Museum and The Broad, both just a short walk away. The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities, including a fridge and coffee maker, which made our stay quite enjoyable. Though there were some noise issues from the nearby highway, the view from our high floor room added to the overall experience.
